SRK bought this Heritage bungalow in 2001 from the Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust. He replace the name of this house as “MANNAT” means “a Vow to the Gods”. It is around 26,328.52 sq.ft in Bandra-Bandstand from Nariman K Dubash.
The house of Shahrukh Khan Mannat is looking like palace of a Maharaja, was bought for 13.32 crores, now the price is 200 crores. Shahrukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan himself has done the work of styling with the interior of this bungalow, she says that it took them more than four years to build this.
